To apply for credit with SBS complete this form. Until your credit application has been submitted and approved, you may order materials and simply pay by credit card, check or cash by calling 972-831-8181.

Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate

The State of Texas requires that you complete the attached Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate if you are a tax-free organization, such as a non-profit or municipality for example.

Texas Resale Certificate

The State of Texas requires that you complete the attached Texas Resale Certificate if you will be passing the sales tax onto your customers.
